Here's 10n3 r4nger5 episode 12 .

Take one standard PC, one PDA, one flash drive, and you can slot together a radio show in an hour or so. I was not allowed to install any software on the PC so I recorded the bulk of the show using my PDA and edited it using the portable apps version of Audacity. I then 'slotted' in the addition audio, such as intro's and music.
It was fun sorting out this episode with the minimum of kit and resources. Thanks to all those who sent in stories and music that we could use to get this show together.
Hope you like it!

Review of the r4ngers meet

So glad to hear from you (and I like what you said, as well :). Let me sort out my upcoming holiday and some other stuff first, but I'm definitely going to look for that kind of camp site. Love the show, only listened to about 5 episodes... The best thing about r4nger5 radio is that you are much more mature than SKTFM (and by that I mean your way of thinking, i.e. putting your thoughts together). One thing I'm missing is the pod cast feed (Give me convenience or give me death!). You are going to hear from me.
Standover media – Harlequin’s proposed radio station www.standovermedia.tk – the website is slowly taking shape- keep an eye on it.
Wogrant – still on the air – just waiting for some episodes to come back from friends – he’s OK

Discussion
- The upcoming r4nger5 meet 25-28 Sept be there or be a cube!
- Upcoming projects – working towards being debt free and getting off grid – upcoming video to that effect and all sorts of other stuff
- Homework – send us an e-mail if you listen to the show – we need to get at least some idea of the number of listeners, who I think stream the show, rather than download. I think we have a really friendly and larger audience than the downloads suggest, so let us know!

The portable apps are awesome. When I'm in uni the first things I launch are portable versions of Firefox and Pidgin. The really nice thing about portable firefox is that the extensions also work. Adblock wherever you go!
I also believe there is a portable version of the Tor client so you can stay anonymous wherever you are.
Mmm, I didn't download it yet, but I noticed that the Ogg/Vorbis file is rather small - just 16.5 MB, compared to the 128kbps MP3's 50.7 MB. Is that intentional? It rather appears like it might be broken...
