It's about the new online advert system, Phorm, which basically tracks what you look at onlione and sells it to advertising companies. BT, Virgin and Carphone Warehouse have all signed up to a trial of the system, so it hasn't been rolled out properly yet. I don't think I have to explain why this is a horrible idea.
